• RISEA offers FREE standard shipping worldwide, including Vietnam, Southeast Asia, the United States, Europe, Australia, and other international destinations.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Estimated delivery time:
  • Vietnam: 2–4 business days
  • Southeast Asia: 4–8 business days
  • United States, Europe & Australia: 7–12 business days
  • Other international countries: 7–15 business days depending on location and customs processing
• Customers who would like to receive their orders faster may choose Express Shipping at checkout with additional shipping fees applied.
• Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or message for real-time tracking updates.
• Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, customs inspections, or unforeseen courier delays.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – RISEA

At RISEA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a smooth and professional return process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Items marked as Final Sale, accessories, underwear, or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the issue

Our team will review and provide a replacement or refund solution as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by RISEA.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was sent
• The product arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as RISEA is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Order Cancellation
